Because of Dawn I was able to make an offer on my home with complete confidence even though I had not yet set foot in the property myself. Most of all, Dawn always responded promptly to my E-mails and phone calls whether it was day, night, a workday, or a weekend, clearly going beyond the call of duty on numerous occasions. Finally, Dawn stood by me and watched out for my interests throughout the contract negotiations and closing process and continued her excellent level of service as a real estate agent well after the closing was complete.
