Dawn Smith is a great Realtor. She takes great pictures, moves fast. Easy to talk to. Anybody that is in the areas she covers should have her as there agent. To top it all off, she has a good phone voice. Some realtors deal with sound old and scary. She sounds warm and has mother type voice that makes u feel safe.

I’ve purchased 5 properties in the last 15 years and Dawn is by far the best real estate agent I’ve ever worked with. As a home buyer my needs were very unique due to the fact I was living overseas at the time I was searching for my most recent home in Northern Virginia. I found my home through the Zip Reality web page, but relied heavily on Dawn to extensively research the property and local area since I was not able to visit the property myself prior to the day before closing. Dawn provided me with dozens of photos of the property (which she took herself), collected pages of notes, and answered dozens of questions I sent her regarding a myriad of details about the property. Dawn was also very supportive and informative throughout the contract negotiation process and even participated in the home inspection on my behalf. Because of Dawn I was able to make an offer on my home with complete confidence even though I had not yet set foot in the property myself. Most of all, Dawn always responded promptly to my E-mails and phone calls whether it was day, night, a workday, or a weekend, clearly going beyond the call of duty on numerous occasions. Finally, Dawn stood by me and watched out for my interests throughout the contract negotiations and closing process and continued her excellent level of service as a real estate agent well after the closing was complete.
